Our History
We began as brokers in residential and commercial real estate, operating simultaneously in multiple countries, enabling our clients to invest their capital in development projects at the early stages of construction of residential and commercial properties in various regions with different levels of profitability and risk. Over time, construction and development companies started turning to us for analytics and consulting to understand where and what real estate properties would be best to build for successful sales or rental. This led us to establish a division focused on research, consulting, and design in the construction of facilities such as shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, warehouses, residential complexes, and more.
Building strong business relationships with construction companies, we started supplying them with construction materials and equipment, assisting with furnishing real estate properties with furniture and decor. Eventually, we began manufacturing certain construction materials, furniture, and decor tailored to individual client needs, and later started selling some products online for mass consumers.
As each year passed, information technology exerted an increasing influence on the real estate industry, prompting us to develop an IT division that began developing various solutions for shopping centers, stores, office buildings, hotels, warehouses, and residential properties. We also created internet portals and applications for searching and analyzing real estate properties in different cities and countries.
As we continued to grow, the need for qualified personnel arose, leading us to train professionals for the real estate and development industry (architects, designers, engineers, decorators, software developers, analysts, marketers, etc.), providing them with real practical knowledge and skills, enabling them to find employment in our companies or development companies in different countries around the world.
Part of our profits from our core activities is invested in startups and young companies related to the real estate and development industry.
